Regulates the protection of animals from abuse, as well as conditions for keeping, breeding and trade. Every citizen is required to report animal abuse.

Animal abuse should be reported to the police. Fines range from RSD 5,000 to 50,000 for individuals and from RSD 100,000 to 1,000,000 for legal entities.
